The City of San Diego's Therapeutic Recreation Services (TRS) program provides sports, recreation, leisure and outreach services to San Diegans with disabilities. One of the services that most definitely includes all of the above... Surfing. Ocean Beach Surf & Skate came together with TRS to get kids stoked from all over the county by going surfing in Mission Beach.
